29 CFR 1910.178(p)(1):Powered industrial truck(s) found to be in need of repair, defective, or in any way unsafe had not been taken out of service until restored to safe operating condition: a) Warehouse, Shipping and Receiving Department: On or about January 12, 2023, and at times prior, about 8 employees are exposed to struck-by hazards, in that the Raymond 470 C50HM Serial 470-06-HM10219 forklift does not have a functioning horn as employees use the vehicle to store and retrieve inventory, in the workplace.
