29 CFR 1910.141(a)(4)(ii):All sweepings, solid or liquid wastes, refuse, and garbage shall be removed in such a manner as to avoid creating a menace to health and as often as necessary or appropriate to maintain the place of employment in a sanitary condition. a) Vinegar Line: On or about January 12, 2023 and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to slip hazards, in that the mixture of soda ash and 30% vinegar solution was not removed in such a manner as to limit accumulation around equipment and walking-working surfaces.
