(a) On or about January 19, 2022, at the jobsite where employees were working on the third floor of an apartment building, with unprotected edges over 6 feet, without any fall protection system.

29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of 29 CFR 1926: (a) On or about January 19, 2023, at the jobsite, where employees were exposed to a fall hazard when accessing the third floor of an apartment building using a stairway landing that was not equipped with a guardrail system on all sides.
