29 CFR 1926.502(d)(17):The attachment point of the body harness was not located in the center of the wearer's back near shoulder level, or above the wearer's head: a) New Multi-family residential construction located at 1100 Peachtree Industrial Boulevard Sugar Hill, Georgia 30528, Building 1, unit 1312, outside patio: On or about 10/25/2024 the employer exposed employees to fall injuries while blowing concrete, in that the harness was improperly adjusted to the wearer as the "D" ring connecting point was in the small of his back and not between the shoulder blades.
