29 CFR  1910.95(g)(6): At least annually after obtaining the baseline audiogram, the employer did not obtain a new audiogram for each employee exposed at or above an 8-hour time-weighted average of 85 decibels:   Mechanics area: On and before January 18, 2023, the employer did not provide an annual audiogram in 2019, 2020, and 2022.  Employees are exposed to noise over 85 dBA when working near the pin setting machines. This condition potentially exposed employee(s) to hearing loss.
