29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1):Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) On or about 1/24/2023, at the Champs Sports back storage room in the Tutu Park Mall retail store, 4 electrical service panels and 1 step down transformer in the area were blocked and would not be readily accessible in the case of an emergency. The Foot Locker Inc. DBA Champs Sports Store was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (name previously cited standard), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1462528, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 9/23/2020, with respect to a workplace located at 4605 Tutu Park Mall, Anna's Retreat Suite 127, St. Thomas, VI, 00802.
