29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms.  a- 2 & 4 Cardinal Way, Mount Laurel NJ - A worker and the company Foreman were exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 23 feet 2 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing an end stop and had screens containing holes and were not connected to the scaffold's walking/working surface.  Condition observed on or about 01/24/23.   b - 6 Cardinal Way, Mount Laurel NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 3 inches to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing an end stop and had a screen that was not connected to the scaffold's walking/working surface.  NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM.  FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
