29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(i): Guardrail systems were not installed along all open sides and ends of platforms. a- 28 Helen Lane, Marlton NJ - A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet 1 inch to the ground surface below, when performing siding installation and other related activities from a pump jack scaffold that was missing end stops and screens. Condition observed on or about 10/10/23. M & E Construction Services, LLC. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 192.451(g)(4)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1645675, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/14/23, with respect to a workplace located at 2, 4, 6 Cardinal Way, Mount Laurel NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a- 28 Helen Lane, Marlton NJ: A worker was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 12 feet 5 inches to the ground surface below, when working and walking from a pitched roof without the use of fall protection. b - 28 Helen Lane, Marlton NJ: The company worksite Foreman was exposed to fall hazards, in excess of 20 feet to the ground surface below, when working from a pitched roof without the use of fall protection. M & E Construction Services, LLC. was previously cited for a Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1658669, citation number 1, item number and was affirmed as a final order on 07/10/23, with respect to a workplace located at 31, 33, 35 Sister's Farmstead, Mount Laurel NJ. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLSULTY WILL RE IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
