29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):"Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels shall be protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  The employer is failing to protect employee(s) from fall injuries. This was most recently documented on or about January 25th, 2023, at 18405 Schofield Dr. Omaha, Nebraska. The employer failed to ensure that employee(s) were observed conducting framing operations at heights greater than 10ft without fall protection.    Llamas  Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1585460, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 6-06-2022, with respect to a workplace located at 9817 south 184th Street, Gretna, Nebraska.  Llamas  Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1347449, citation number 1, item number 2and was affirmed as a final order on 11-20-2018, with respect to a workplace located at 4218 207th Street, Elkhorn, Nebraska.
