29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electric equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: Building 5602: Computer Server Room: On and/or before January 24, 2023, an electrical panel on the wall was blocked by nonpermanent equipment such as a ladder, boxes, removed server equipment, and a temporary work desk limiting access by reducing the working space to the panel in cases of emergency shutoff. This condition exposed employee(s) to electrical and/or fire hazard(s).

29 CFR 1910.157(c)(4): Portable fire extinguishers were not maintained in a fully charged and operable condition: Building 5602: Hallway: On and/or before January 24, 2023, an employee conducted monthly fire extinguisher checks and had not maintained operational condition, i.e. missing a pin, for fire extinguishers located in the building which potentially exposed employees to fire hazards.
