29 CFR 1910.1030(f)(1)(i): The employer did not make available the hepatitis B vaccine and vaccination series to all employees who have occupational exposure: Visiting Quarters: On or about February 14, 2025 and at times prior thereto, the employer did not offer the Hepatitis B vaccine to the housekeeping staff that had occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens. This condition potentially exposed employees to Hepatitis B (HBV), Hepatitis C (HCV), and the Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV).
