29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2): The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s). At a worksite located at 2402 W. Spring Dr., Ozark, Missouri. The employer, as a contractor to a subcontractor at a multi-employer worksite, did not conduct regular inspections of all operations, equipment, work areas and facilities, to ensure that subcontractors were operating equipment as intended, wearing and using the correct PPE to protect from hazards such as but not limited to fall and struck-by hazards at the worksite.

Spring Dr., Ozark, Missouri. An employee of a subcontractor under Sundance Construction was performing framing operations at an elevated height of approximately 33 feet without any means of fall protection by way of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems.
