On or about January 27, 2023, at Dock 7, an employee entered a semi-trailer that was connected to a truck while operating a CAT forklift (Model: C5000-LP, SN: AT9020253) without a means to prevent the semi-trailer from moving. The truck that was connected to the semi-trailer was idling with the driver seated behind the wheel.
