29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system:   Worksite located at 3018 Tracy Ave., Kansas City, Missouri- Employee was exposed to a fall hazard while performing residential construction activities and was not protected from falling by the use of any means of fall protection.   The Flores Framing, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13)  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1481763, citation number 1, item number 1  and was affirmed as a final order on September 8, 2020, with respect to a workplace located at 14863 S. Pflumn Road, Olathe, Kansas 66061.  The Flores Framing, LLC  was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.503(b)(13)  which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1525782, citation number 2, item number 2  and was affirmed as a final order on July 9, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 21316 W. 65th Street, Shawnee, Kansas 66061.
