The employer must train each employee on or before May 17, 2017 in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of equipment covered by this subpart before an employee uses the equipment. On or about November 6, 2022, through February 6, 2023, at an establishment located at 2395 South Oneida Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin; the employer did not train each employee in the proper care, inspection, storage, and use of portable A-frame ladders prior to employees using the equipment, exposing them to potential fall hazards.

29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Space about electric equipment. Sufficient access and working space shall be provided and maintained about all electric equipment to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. On or about February 6, 2023, at an establishment located at 2395 South Oneida Street in Green Bay, Wisconsin; sufficient access to the electrical panels in the back storage area was not maintained to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment. A shelving unit and boxes of merchandise were stored in front of the access to the panels, exposing employees to potential electrical hazards.
