29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): The employer shall ensure that each affected employee uses appropriate eye or face protection when exposed to eye or face hazards from flying particles: On or about 02/07/2023 employees of Lo Maximo Construction were installing roofing materials on a roof of a residential apartment building located at Kennedy Lane, Lot 46, Manchester, MO. Two employees were observed operating pneumatic nail guns without using any form of eye of face protection. Lo Maximo Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365709, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 12 Fawn Lake Drive, Saint Peters, MO.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m), or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): On or about 02/07/2023 at a residential jobsite located at Kennedy Lane - Lot 46, Manchester, MO., employees were exposed to a fall hazard. Employees were observed actively installing new roofing material, while working on a 9-12 pitch roof of a residential structure approximately 18 feet above the ground. Lo Maximo Construction was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1365709, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 01/29/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 12 Fawn Lake Drive, Saint Peters, MO.
