The program had not enabled each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and had not trained each employee in the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards. On or about October 31, 2024, Lo Maximo Construction LLC did not provide training for each employee who was exposed to fall hazards while roofing a residential building at 143 Shadow Pointe Drive in Wentzville, Missouri. The employees were not able to recognize fall hazards and were not trained in the procedures to be followed to minimize fall hazards.
