29 CFR 1910.213(c)(1): Circular handfed ripsaw(s) were not guarded by an automatically adjusting hood which completely enclosed that portion of the saw above the table and above the material being cut: (a) On or before 2/10/23, the employer did not ensure that the DeWalt jobsite table saw was equipped with its hood guard as required by this standard. The DeWalt jobsite table saw lacked its hood guard. This condition exposed employees to amputation and kickback hazards.

29 CFR 1910.213(c)(3): Hand-fed ripsaw(s) did not have non kickback fingers or dogs so located as to oppose the thrust or tendency of the saw to pick up the material or to throw it back toward the operator: (a) On or before 2/10/23, the employer did not ensure that the DeWalt table saw was used with all required safety equipment when used to cut plywood. The table saw lacked non-kickback fingers. This condition exposed employees to kickback hazards.

In the kitchen near the coolers, pallet jacks were stored within 30 inches of the service panel. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards. (b) On or before 2/10/23, the employer did not ensure that the service panel in the wood shop building had at least 30 inches of clearance. Miscellaneous items were stored within 30 inches of the panel. This condition exposed employees to electric shock and fire hazards.
