29 CFR 1910.157(e)(3): Portable fire extinguishers were not subjected to an annual maintenance check: LANDSCAPING SHED: Employees who worked in the area of the landscaping shed were exposed to fire hazards as a result of the portable extinguishers lacking its required annual maintenance. Employees regularly used gasoline for fueling landscaping equipment and a flammables cabinet was adjacent to the landscaping shed.

29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(6)(i): Except as provided in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(7) and 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(8), the employer did not ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace was labeled, tagged or marked with the information required by 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(i) through 29 CFR 1910.1200(f)(1)(v): (a) PORTER AREA: Employees were exposed to unknown chemicals during routine work as there was a unlabeled bug sprayer which contained liquid (possibly carpet cleaner). (b) KITCHEN: Employees were exposed to unknown chemical during routine work as there was an unlabeled spray bottle with a purple solution. (c) LANDSCAPING SHED: Employees were exposed to unknown chemical during routine work as there was an unlabeled white bottle that appeared to contain a blue solution.
