29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a.) On or about 9/17/22, on the roof of a residential home located at 506 Allen Rd (Corner of Lawdon St.) in North Syracuse, NY: Four employees were working on a sloped roof (12:12 pitch) and were not protected from falls, exposing the employees to a fall hazard of over 10 feet to the ground below. E.C Home Improvement (Manny Poma) was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1546166, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 3/2/22, with respect to a workplace located at 607 Manlius St. Fayetteville, NY.
