29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): Located @ Jaliatte Station, Lot 61, 3630 Jaliatte Rd, Atlanta, GA 30349: On or about 2/17/2023, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards while working at eave heights above 11-feet, 4-inches from the lower ground level in that a fall protection system was not provided while framing the roof of a residential structure. JMR General Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1518006, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/27/21, with respect to a workplace located at New townhome construction located on Lots 29-33 Courtland Road, Milton, GA 30004.
