29 CFR  1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m)  or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501(b), nor did the employer demonstrate that it is infeasible or creates a greater hazard to use these systems and develop and implement a fall protection plan which meets the requirements of paragraph (k) of section 1926.502:    a) 2nd level; Top plate: On 04/25/2024, the employer exposed employees to fall hazards of approximately 20-feet to the lower ground level, in that no fall protection system was provided to employees engaged in roof truss installation using the top plate as a walking/working surface.   JMR General Construction, LLC was previously cited for a  repeat violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1651576, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 06/30/2023, with respect to a workplace located 3630 Jaliatte Road Atlanta, Georgia 30331.  JMR General Construction, LLC was previously cited for a serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1518006, citation number 1, item number 2 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/27/2021, with respect to a workplace located Lots 29-33 Courtland Road Milton, Georgia 30004.
