Condition observed on or about 02/18/2023.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  a-Building #2 161 Summit Ave, Montvale NJ 07674: Employees engaged in sheathing activities and positioned on a 6 on 12 pitch roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 ft to the ground below in which a means of fall protection had not been utilized. Condition observed on or about 02/18/2023
