29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v): A personal fall arrest or travel restraint system that meets the requirements of subpart I of this part were not worn or attached to the boom or basket when working from an aerial lift. On or about 2/22/2023, at 3626 South US Hwy. 1 in Fort Pierce, Florida, employees working from an aerial lift without having their fall PPE attached to the basket were exposed to 15-foot fall hazards while replacing signage lights.
