29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A body belt with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift: a) On or about August 23, 2024, east side of project: an employee was exposed to an approximate 19 foot fall hazard while installing a sign, in that, fall protection was not used. The Art Kraft Sign Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.67(c)(2)(v), which was contained in OSHA inspection number1652076, citation number 01, item number 01 and was affirmed as a final order on 08/04/2023, with respect to a workplace located at 3826 US 1, Fort Pierce, FL 34982.
