29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(3)(i): The employee training did not include the methods and observations used to detect the presence or release of a hazardous chemical in the work area: On or about October 7, 2022, and at times prior thereto, employees did not receive hazard communication training which included methods and observations that may be used to detect a release of hazardous chemicals. Employees were exposed to the hazard of exposure to hazardous chemicals such as the solution used in the micro finish process.
