29 CFR  1926.501(a)(2): The employer did not determine if the walking/working surfaces on which its employees were to work on, had the strength and structure integrity to support employees safely:   (a)Fiegen Construction Co. at 3104 Douglas Avenue, Yankton, SD 57078: On or about and at times prior to February 27, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees were protected from fall hazards in that the steel metal stud framing system, part number, NS Pro STUB 600PS125-18-70KSI SP70KS SFIA 90504935, was properly evaluated to support the employee's weight while they were performing work on the system.  This condition exposed employees to fall and struck- by hazards due to structural collapse.
