On or about March 10, 2023, employees were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 14 feet from a single story commercial roof while performing roofing activities and a suitable fall protection system was not used.

On or about March 3, 2023, eight employees were observed using a ladder to access and exit the landing of the commercial roof and the side rails did not extend at least three feet above the roof access.   Amigo Roofing & Contracting, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard, 1926.1053(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560531, citation number 1, item number 5 and was affirmed as a final order on (February 9, 2022), with respect to a workplace located at Mid Rivers Apartments, Saint Peters, MO, 63376.
