29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10):Each employee was engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels, employees were not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line system and guardrail system, warning line system and safety net system, or warning line system and personal fall arrest system, or warning line system and safety monitoring system. Or, on roofs 50-feet (15.25 m) or less in width, each employee was not protected by use of a monitoring system. At 3645 Tree Court Industrial Blvd, Kirkwood, MO, 63122, on September 5, 2024, employees were exposed to fall hazards associated with employees working on a low slope roof near the edge of a commercial structure. Amigo Roofing & Contracting was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1560531, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on February 9, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at Mid Rivers Apartments New Construction on St Peters Parkway, Saint Peters, MO.
