29 CFR  1926.153(o): When damage to LP-Gas systems from vehicular traffic was a possibility, precautions against such damage were not taken:   a) Leland Avenue in the Are of lot #105 in Harbeson, DE 19951: On or about March 8, 2023, CSHO observed employees who operated vehicles to access the work sites including backing vehicles, where large LP gas cylinders  were both stored and in use and were free standing/unsecured and not otherwise barricaded or blocked off in the travel area of the vehicular traffic.
