29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i): The employer did not conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure at least annually to ensure that the procedure and the requirement of this standard were being followed: (a) At the Former 3 (F3) machine, located at 252 Hosea Rd. Lawrenceville, GA; On or about March 2, 2023, one employee suffered a partial amputation of the right thumb, in that the employer failed to conduct a periodic inspection of the energy control procedure on at least an annual basis.
