29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer shall have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. 143 Congress Street, Milford, MA: On or about March 7, 2023, and at times prior, employees did not receive training on the operation of a two-point suspended scaffold and fall hazards associated with the equipment prior to performing work on a two-point suspended scaffold.
