29 CFR 1926.451(g)(2): The employer did not provide fall protection for employees erecting or dismantling supported scaffolds: a) Jobsite, 3739 37th Street Ext, Beaver Falls, PA 15010: On or about June 8, 2023, an employee was not protected from falling approximately 90 to the ground while he was erecting a tubular welded frame scaffold. An employee in the processes of erecting the scaffold fell approximately 90 feet to the ground and sustained serious injury.
