For falling objects too large, heavy or massive to be contained or deflected, the employer did not place and secure such potential falling objects away from the edge of the surface from which they could fall. a) On or about March 21, 2023, at the previously addressed inspection site, employees working from lower-level platforms of scaffolds applying stucco were not protected from falling objects such as hand tools.
