29 CFR  1910.1200(f)(6)(ii): Except as provided in paragraphs (f)(7) and (f)(8) of this section, the employer shall ensure that each container of hazardous chemicals in the workplace is labeled, tagged or marked with product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, and which, in conjunction with the other information immediately available to employees under the hazard communication program, will provide employees with the specific information regarding the physical and health hazards of the hazardous chemical.  On or about and at times prior to March 23, 2023, at the establishment located at 4575 Anston Road, Green Bay, Wisconsin;  at the Line 3 Spray Booth, the employer did not ensure that two workplace (in-house) containers of hazardous chemicals containing U/R G1.5 HARVEST HONEY and U/R G1.5 ABYSS BLACK were labeled, tagged or marked with the product identifier and words, pictures, symbols, or combination thereof, which provide at least general information regarding the hazards of the chemicals, exposing employees to chemical hazards.
