29 CFR  1910.147(c)(7)(i): The employer did not provide adequate training to ensure that employees acquired the knowledge and skills required for the safe application, usage and removal of energy control devices:  On or about January 15, 2026, in the Dryer RTO area, an employee was required to trouble shoot and repair a fines screw conveyor. Although the employee received on the job training regarding established standard operating procedures and lockout tagout procedures for fines screw conveyors, he did not receive or review the actual written procedures at the time of his training.

LOUISIANA PACIFIC CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.147(C)(6)(II), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1748360, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 2, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON AUGUST 16, 2024, WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF AUGUST 23, 2024, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED 240 STATION ROAD, NEW LIMERICK, MAINE 04761.  LOUISIANA PACIFIC CORPORATION WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD 29 CFR 1910.147(C)(6)(II), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1638458, CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM NUMBER 1, AND WAS AFFIRMED AS A FINAL ORDER ON JUNE 27, 2023, WITH A FINAL ABATEMENT DATE OF AUGUST 04, 2023, WITH RESPECT TO A WORKPLACE LOCATED 902 MAINSTREET SE, HANCEVILLE, ALABAMA 35077.
