29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i):Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasions: Patterson UTI Drilling Rig 278: On or about April 4, 2023, the Company Man's trailer (MH-0701) high voltage breaker box had a conductor that was not protected against abrasion. This condition exposed employees to electrical hazards.
