29 CFR  1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards:  a)  At 82 Pine Haven Drive, Lot 7 The Pines at Ashton Place, Newnan, Georgia:  On April 11, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to perform framing activities  without first ensuring his employees were trained on the hazards associated with falls to include but not limited to setting up and inspecting fall protection exposing his employee to a fall hazard of up to 18.6 feet to the ground below.

29 CFR  1926.1053(b)(13): The top or top step of a stepladder was used as a step:  a)  At 82 Pine Haven Drive, Lot 7 The Pines at Ashton Place, Newnan, Georgia:  On April 11, 2023; the employer allowed his employees to use a six foot a-frame ladder to gain access to the second level of the house and employees used the top of the ladder as a step exposing his employees to a fall hazard of 10.4 feet to the ground below.
