29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s) Location: 108 Main St. CARVER, MA 02330 On or about April 12th, 2023, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to twenty feet to the ground while removing siding from a commercial building where frequent and regular inspections where not conducted that ensured the jobsite was free of recognizable hazards.
