Location: Hull Housing Authority, Atlantic House Ct, Hull, MA 02045 On November 28th, 2023, employees were exposed to falls from heights up to 10 feet to the ground while working from a metal scaffold plank system on a residential roof project where a competent person qualified in scaffold erection was not present to supervise or direct the scaffold erection.
