29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b) of this section. a) Jobsite: 829 N. 19th St. Philadelphia, PA 19130 - On or about April 27, 2023, the employer did not ensure that employees conducting framing operations from the second story level of a residential construction building were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 9 1/2 feet to the ground level. Solutions Construction Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1553242, citation number 1, item number 1a and was affirmed as a final order on March 8, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2500 E Tioga Street, Philadelphia, PA.
