Condition noted April 9, 2024  Solutions Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666170, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 21, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 829 N. 19th St. Philadelphia, PA 19130.  Solutions Construction, LLC was also previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647398, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2002 Brown St. Philadelphia, PA  Solutions Construction, LLC was also previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1553242, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 8, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2500 Tioga St. Philadelphia, PA.
