29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employees provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a) Jobsite: 3748 Lancaster Avenue, Philadelphia, PA 19148 - The employer failed to ensure employees framing the window openings from the second story level of a residential construction building were protected from falls by the use of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet. Condition noted April 9, 2024 Solutions Construction, LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1666170, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on November 21, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 829 N. 19th St. Philadelphia, PA 19130. Solutions Construction, LLC was also previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1647398, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on August 22, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 2002 Brown St. Philadelphia, PA Solutions Construction, LLC was also previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1553242, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on March 8, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2500 Tioga St. Philadelphia, PA.
