Employee(s) engaged in residential framing activities at 16420 Blair St. Gardner, Kansas walking the roof, were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 20 feet to the exterior ground below in that fall protection was not utilized.

29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed:  Employee(s) are exposed to fall hazards while working at 16420 Blair St. Gardner Kansas.  Employee(s) engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to fall hazard pf approximately 13 feet in that the Werner aluminum ladders used to access the roof did not extend at least 3 feet above the eve of the roof.
