29 CFR  1910.1200(e)(1):The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met:  At the job site located at 13708 Earnshaw Overland Park, KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented or maintained at the job site. Employees were handling gasoline used for  Rolair Systems air compressor model number is 4090HK17-0279, serial number 20120955. The chemical hazard associated with gasoline include but not limited to: skin and eye irritation, drowsiness and/or dizziness.

29 CFR  1910.1200(g)(8):  The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work  shift to employees when they were in their work area(s)  At the jobsite located at 13708 Earnshaw Overland Park, KS, employees performing residential framing activities were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to gasoline which is flammable, can cause serious eye damage, respiratory irritation, and may cause cancer.  The employer did not maintain copies of the safety data sheets for the gasoline at the job site.
