29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): Employer had not developed or implemented a written hazard communication program which at included the requirements outlined in 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1)(i) and (e)(1)(ii): (Construction Reference: 1926.59) At the job site located at 13729 Quigley St., Overland Park, Kansas, 66213, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed to chemical hazards in that a written hazard communication program had not been developed, implemented, or maintained at the job site. Employees were handling gasoline used for the Rolair Systems air compressor, model number 4090HK17-0279, serial number 20120955. The chemical hazards associated with gasoline include but are not limited to skin and eye irritation, drowsiness, and/or dizziness. FASTER FRAMING WAS PREVIOUSLY CITED FOR A VIOLATION OF THIS OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH STANDARD OR ITS EQUIVALENT STANDARD, 29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1), WHICH WAS CONTAINED IN OSHA INSPECTION NUMBER 1666931 , CITATION NUMBER 1, ITEM 1, ISSUED ON 7/14/2023 WITH THE FINAL ORDER DATE OF 8/29/2023, WITH RESPECT TO A JOB SITE LOCATED AT 13708 EARNSHAW, OVERLAND PARK, KANSAS, 66221.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and did not ensure that they were readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they were in their work area(s) At the job site located at 13729 Quigley St., Overland Park, Kansas, 66213, employees performing residential framing activities were exposed to hazardous chemicals including but not limited to gasoline , which can cause serious eye damage, respiratory irritation, and may cause cancer. The employer did not maintain copies of the safety data sheets for the gasoline at the job site.
