29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: a) On May 2, 2023, at 4580 Coleman Street Bismarck North Dakota, employees engaged in roofing activities were exposed to fall hazards greater than 25 feet, on a roof pitch of over 4/12. Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1629903, Citation 1, Item 1, and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1616 4th Ave, Billings, Montana.
