29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: (a) On May 27, 2023 at 1714 East Rosser Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota, employees were reroofing a residential house without a fall protection systems at a height of 12 or more feet from the ground. DG Contracting LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1629903, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 25, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 1616 4th Ave., Billings, MT 59102.
