29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system.  (a) On July 12, 2024, at 326 4th Ave in Washburn, North Dakota, 3 employees applying metal flashing and caulking around a chimney from a roof were exposed to fall hazards of over 6 feet.  Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1673242, Citation 2, Item 1, with a final order date of March 11, 2024, with respect to a workplace located at 1714 East Rosser Avenue in Bismarck, North Dakota.  Note: This company was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11), which was contained in OSHA Inspection Number 1667155, Citation 1, Item 1, with a final order date of July 17, 2023, with respect to a workplace located at 4580 Coleman Street in Bismarck, North Dakota.
