29 CFR 1926.100(a):Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: (a)Clark Drew Construction, Inc. at 1443 Whitetail Path, Brookings, SD 57006: On or about and at times prior to May 3, 2023, the employer did not ensure employees utilized protective head covers while exposed to such hazards as, but not limited to, unstable truss systems, rigging equipment, and tools. This condition exposed employees to struck-by hazards while working directly adjacent to and below truss erection activities.
