29 CFR  1910.101(b):The in-plant handling, storage, and utilization of all compressed gases in cylinders, portable tanks, rail tankcars, or motor vehicle cargo tanks were not stored in accordance with Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, which is incorporated by reference as specified in CFR 1910.6:  (a) On or about May 4, 2023, at the worksite located at 10910 North Industrial Drive, Mequon, WI 53092, the employer did not ensure that compressed gas cylinders of oxygen, Argon, tri-mix, O-5, C-10, C-25, & CO2 gases cylinders were not stored in accordance with the Compressed Gas Association Pamphlet P-1-1965, "Safe Handling of Compressed Gases, section 3.3 Storing Cylinders. The compressed gas cylinders were not chained/secured in place when not in use and in storage.
